By using SiftSafe you agree to these terms. SiftSafe helps you scan Gmail, review cleanup candidates, and move messages you explicitly select to Gmail Trash.

Not an email client

SiftSafe is not a full email client, spam filter replacement, unsubscribe manager, or autonomous deletion agent. You remain responsible for what you select.

Cleanup safety

Cleanup means move to Gmail Trash only. SiftSafe does not permanently delete Gmail messages. Undo is available while Gmail still retains the message in Trash.

Plans

Free plan allows scanning up to 1,000 messages for review. Deep Clean ($5.99 for 7 days) unlocks full-mailbox scan, Move to Trash, and Undo. Purchases are processed by WAFFO; Google OAuth tokens are never used for billing.

Deep Clean is a one-time seven-day purchase, not an automatically renewing subscription. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Undo for an existing SiftSafe cleanup remains available after paid access expires, while its local recovery records and Gmail Trash messages remain available.

Free scans are limited to 1,000 messages per scan and 1,000 candidate evaluations per installation per UTC day. Paid scans are subject to operational abuse and cost limits. A temporary limit or outage pauses availability without automatically moving messages.

Payment support and recovery

If payment succeeds but access is missing, reopen SiftSafe to refresh your plan. Contact support with your WAFFO order reference if the problem persists. Do not send Gmail access tokens or email contents. Reinstalling the extension can remove the installation identity used for purchases; contact support for purchase verification and recovery.

For payment problems or refund requests, contact support@siftsafe.pro with the order reference. Refund eligibility follows the applicable WAFFO checkout terms and mandatory consumer rights. Public paid access remains closed until merchant setup and support procedures are verified.

Recommendations are assistive signals, not guarantees. Always review before moving mail to Trash.
